UK STANDARD DELIVERY
UK Standard Delivery is FREE on all products ordered via your My VetChef account. For products order through our online shop, we charge £2.50 for all orders below £25 in value.
Your order will be delivered via My Hermes once dispatched (please note dispatch in normally within 24 hours of receiving your order excluding weekends).
Deliveries will be made within 3-5 working days after you place your order e.g. If you order on Wednesday your goods should be delivered by the following Monday.
Unfortunately we cannot deliver on a bank holiday or Sundays. In this instance please expect your delivery on the next working day.
EU DELIVERIES
We offer 5 day delivery to all EU countries for an additional charge of £15.
Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you may want to contact your local customs office for further information.
WORLDWIDE
Unfortunately we are not able to ship our products to countries outside the EU and UK at the moment.
TERMS OF POSTAGE
In the unlikely event your item goes missing and does not arrive after 10 working days have passed, VetChef will re-ship your order at the company's expense and make a claim on your behalf.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
In accordance with The Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 you are entitled to cancel an order and receive a full refund up to 14 calendar days after you receive the item from us. This applies even if you change your mind and no longer want an item. The refund will include the minimum postage costs you could have chosen when placing your order. You are responsible for the cost of returning the item to us. You must notify us of your intention to cancel the order and you must return the item to us by recorded delivery within 14 days of notifying us. We will then refund your money within 14 days of receipt of a returned item. It is your duty to take all reasonable care of any items to be returned, including their packaging, up until the time we receive them back from you. Any damage will result in us being unable to refund part or all of the money you have paid.
